23 Y traed el becerro gordo y matadlo, y comamos y hagamos fiesta;
Y comenzaron a regocijarse.

And Finally…Be Strong in the Lord

By Jenny Lopez Lowe

Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Ephesians 6:10-17

Ever wonder why it is so difficult to win over arguments in you mind? or taking a stand against the devil’s schemes… Because in order to win any spiritual battle we must be equip to take a strong, firm stand. It can only happen if we are in His mighty power and special equipment.

The devil’s schemes can come to you as a sweet opportunity to have a good time while compromising the integrity of your testimony. Or, as a thought of resentment caused by disappointment or betrayal. No matter how it is manifested, it will take a woman fully armored to stand firm and resist reacting in the flesh. This passage makes it clear that to get to the point where we successfully quiet voices in our mind, and control our actions, first we must be standing on a firm foundation convinced that our struggle is not against people. But that we are spiritual beings, redeemed, and victorious in the knowledge of Christ.

Ladies, Today, I invite you to polish you armor. Adjusted, if necessary. When you are done, STAND FIRM. LOVE others, and TRUST GOD.

YOUR ARMOR CONSISTS OF:

Belt of Truth

Breastplate of Righteousness

Feet fitted in the readiness of the Gospel of Peace

Shield of Faith

Helmet of Salvation

Sword of the spirit, Word of God

Have a blessed day.

Take nothing for the Journey

by Jenny Lopez Lowe

These were his instructions: “Take nothing for the journey except a staff—no bread, no bag, no money in your belts. Wear sandals but not an extra shirt. Whenever you enter a house, stay there until you leave that town. And if any place will not welcome you or listen to you, leave that place and shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them.”
They went out and preached that people should repent. They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them. Mark 6: 8-13

Can you image traveling without a luggage? Without your essentials? Oh no… It does not make sense. Right? I don’t know about you, but when I travel, I do my best to pack smart. I actually begin packing weeks in advance, to make sure I do not forget anything.

In this verse we are told to “take nothing for the journey” God is saying the journey in itself will give you new essentials. Drop the old garments (expectations), drop the extra shoes (old experiences) Take one pair of sandals (single-minded humbleness).

TRUST HIM.

On this journey to your destiny (destination) God Himself is your guide. He is your provider, and He is going before you. You are just instructed to “Take nothing for the Journey”. nothing extra, except a staff (faith), oil (your anointing) and you trust in HIM. The outcome: REPENTANCE, FREEDOM & HEALING.

Are you ready to travel GOD’s Way? I AM.

PRAYER

Father God, thank you for always showing a better way. Thank you for your faithful hand that is alway stretched out to me. I am ready to take this your, your way. In Jesus’ Name Amen.

Pray, Sing, Anoint, be Healed

By JENNY LOPEZ LOWE

“Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise.  Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.  Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.” James 5:13-15

What an appropriate reminder in this time of war agains our health. The Lord gives us guidance to come back to HIM in any circumstance. This passage of scripture is so key.

  1. Are you in trouble? PRAY
  2. Are you happy? SING
  3. Are you SICK? BE ANOINT WITH OIL
  4. PRAYER? will bring about HEALING

This last part is so important, because the healing of the body is linked to: confession of sins, and to forgiveness. Precious friend, as we meditate on this Word and as you may be facing sickness today, remember God is you healer. He loves you, and reminds us constantly to draw back to HIM in prayer.

So now I ask you:

  • Are you in trouble? if yes, choose to PRAY
  • Are you happy? Honor HIM, and worship HIM with songs
  • Are you sick? Then call on others to join you by faith and pray with you for healing. In the process of physical healing, may God also make you whole, by healing your heart of any old wounds. See, God loves us so much that performing only physical healing show that He is not perfect, COMPLETE HEALING gives testimony of his PERFECT LOVE and power for you.
  • PRAYER:Father thank you for reminding me of your love. I am confident that you are always there for me and that I can come to you under any circumstance. Today I invite you to search my heart, Heal me Lord, forgive any resentment, any hidden sin. Heal me inside out, may your perfect love be manifested in me.. In Jesus' Name
  • FRIDAY: Victory

Now that I have prepared my case, I know I will be vindicated.” Job 13:18

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. 1 John 5:14-15

This week we have taken a journey that has led us to victory. We have entered into the presence of God in worship, in submission to a greater purpose. And in doing so, we have placed our personal needs at the light of God’s purpose for our lives. Job said it this way… ” Now that I have prepared my case, I know I will be vindicated.” Job 13:18 Ladies, you can say the same… Now that you have prepared your case, you can be sure, you will be vindicated.

    1. you worshiped your way into the presence of a Judge who knows you by name
    2. you inquired of His Will for your life… the story He authored about you.
    3. you know who is speaking on your behalf, the blood of the Lamb, the word of your testimony and and the fact that you live for HIM
    4. you stand on the confidence that all is aligned for anything “illegal” in your purpose will go.
    5. Victory is yours. You have taken a week, to pray not according to your agenda, but according to HIS!!

“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.” 1 John 5:14-15

NO MORE DOUBT…THIS IS CONFIDENCE WE HAVE, ANYTHING WE ASK IN HIS NAME, MEANING IN HIS SEAL OF APPROVAL, BELIEVING, WILL BE GIVEN UNTO US. YOUR TIME IN THE COURTS OF HEAVEN HAS GRANTED YOU A VERDICT OF VICTORY.

    THURSDAY: Come let us reason…

“For God [does reveal His will; He] speaks not only once, but more than once, even though men do not regard it.[One may hear God’s voice] in a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men while slumbering upon the bed. Then He opens the ears of men and seals their instruction. That He may withdraw man from his purpose and cut off pride from him .” Job 33:14-17

One of the key factors in contending for your case is to know God’s story about you. What does God say about you?

David -I have provided for myself a king among his sons.”  1 Samuel 16:1

Gedeon – When the angel of the Lord appeared to Gideon, he said, “The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.” “Pardon me, my lord,” Judges 6:12

Jeremiah – “Before I formed you in the womb I knew[a] you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah 1:5

Job: Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him; he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.” Job 1:8

Samson: Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean [thing]: for the child shall be a Nazarite to God from the womb to the day of his death. Judges 13:7

John the Baptist: Truly, I say to you, among those born of women there has arisen no one greater than John the Baptist. Yet the one who is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. Matthew 11:11

Jesus: “Do not be afraid, Mary; you have found favor with God. 31 You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus. 32 He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, 33 and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.” Luke 1:30-33

Ladies what is God saying about you? See, the enemy speaks about you… your failures, faults and shortcoming, in other words, he accuses you. But God, what He says about you is what is according to His Will. He is focused on your destiny, your part in the kingdom.

    Today, I encourage you to

PRAY ACCORDING TO HIS WILL. IT WILL BE DONE. YOU MAY ASK, BUT HOW DO I KNOW WHAT GOD WANTS? HE DESPERATELY WANTS TO REVEAL HIS WILL TO YO. HE DOES! CAN YOU ALLOW HIM TO TALK TO YOU? LISTEN TO HIS COUNSEL?

    WEDNESDAY: Confidence

    By: Jenny Lopez Lowe

“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Hebrews 4:16

When there is opposition or oppression in a certain area of your life, the last thing you have is confidence. But in the throne of grace you can have full confidence that your case will be heard.

,Today we are on our third day of worship.

On day one we entered into His courts with thanksgiving.

On Day 2, we realized that we have audience before a God who is for us.

Today we meditate on this fact: we can walk in full confidence that in this court process we will receive grace and find help in our time of need.

I have seen people walk into a court room. The last trait in their character is confidence. If anything their confidence is in the money they have paid an attorney to represent them. Still, in an earthly court, the law is in the limited interpretation of human beings. Our confidence is in who represents us:

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.” Revelations 12:11

    Who represents us?

    -the blood of the Lamb

    -the word of our testimony

-the fact that we love HIM above all things

    THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB:

“to Jesus the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.” Hebrews 12:24 WOW! Jesus is our counsel, our mediator, isn’t that a reason enough to be CONFIDENT? No attorney on earth can top that!

    THE WORD OF OUR TESTIMONY:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 The story written about you speaks on your behalf.

WE LOVE HIM ABOVE ALL THINGS:

Do you remember the promise Jesus made about those that Love the Him? “ You may ask me for anything in my name, and I will do it. If you love me, keep my commands. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—” John 14:14-16

Dear friends “…This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”

TODAY, NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SITUATION, stand in confidence that you have a righteous judge and three powerful witnesses speaking on your behalf.

    TUESDAY: A Righteous Judge

“You saw whom you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day,

the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book.” Psalm 121: 3-4

WE HAVE AN AUDIENCE WITH A JUDGE THAT KNOWS US. HE KNOWS YOU AND IS FOR YOU.

Today you have audience with a judge who knows you by name. In an earthly court of law, you would be coming before a judge who has limited knowledge of you or your case. As a matter of fact, all the judge knows about you is based on accusations, partial facts, and witness accounts… a pretty bad picture don’t you agree?

On the other hand, in the presence of God, our righteous judge, you are no stranger. This court knows who you are in Christ. In Christ, meaning in His will, there is no condemnation. Romans 8:1 What a great hope we have! Today we come before the one who authored our life’s story. The one who promised to complete a “good work in you”..  “being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6

“You saw whom you created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days you planned for me were already recorded in your book.” Psalm 121: 3-4

    PRAYER:

Father thank you for reminding me today that you are good, that you are all powerful, my God and my creator. My identity in Christ means your approval and my victory. Today I pray for wisdom, Father favor me with learning more about your will for my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen

    MONDAY: Entering into His Courts

Photo by Michelle Leman on Pexels.com

    By Jenny Lopez Lowe

“Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. ” Psalms 100:4

Worship in spirit & in truth is our pass into the mercy seat

There are areas your life that you have contended for so long that you might find yourself exhausted. As a matter of fact those prayer needs are no longer under your radar of faith; you have forsaken them…left them backstage of your intercessory prayer. In the past you fought for this, convinced God wanted for you… but somehow it is now forgotten.

This week I want to encourage you to leave the battlefield and enter the courtroom. It is in the courtroom where your are heard, and where you get a decree of alignment to His Will. That decree states your victory. Do you know what is written in it?

Are you ready to hear from God? Are you willing to take a peak, a look into what HE wants to show you?

I am. Today we enter into His presence, we are welcomed into His most high court of law to begin our hearing with the only righteous Judge. Your enter-ticket is worship. Worship gets you in.

    Prayer/Worship

“Father thank you for this time with you. You are God almighty, my God, my redeemer. You are for me. “
